TERMS
OF PAYMENT
1. A reservation
fee of P20, 000.00 is required to block off the date of your function. The
reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, subject further
to the conditions of the Reservation Agreement and Social Event Contract.
2. A 60% downpayment is payable upon signing of contract (three months before
the function date) and the balance shall be settled not later than one month/30
days before the function. Other incidental charges incurred during the event
must be settled immediately after the function in cash or in credit cards.
No checks will be accepted on the day of the function.
3. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Prices
could be locked up only when the 60% down payment is paid and the Social
Event Contract is signed.
